With over two decades in the automotive industry, he has refined his expertise across roles—from sales to executive leadership—while integrating best practices from top dealer groups nationwide. His most recent role at a leading BMW dealership brought him to the Pacific Northwest in 2020. Before that, he led high-performing teams in Orange County, San Diego, and suburban Chicago, driving innovation and world-class customer experiences.

Mien brings with him over 20 years of luxury retail experience, having begun his automotive retail journey with BMW. Mien has held roles including Client Advisor, Finance Manager, Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Manager.

Mien enjoys spending time with family, traveling, exploring new culinary offerings and staying active.
